间歇性外斜视的手术疗效观察
Evaluation of surgical efficiacy on intermittent exotropia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of surgery on intermittent exotropia. Methods 65 patients with in-termittent exotropia accepted the surgical treatment according to the preoperative strabismic angle. Orthotropic ratio,eyepo-sition return and near stereopsis were observed during the follow up. Results The orthophofia was found in 56 cases (86.2%) after one week,and efficiency is 100%. Eye position returned 1.78△±0.96△after one week of operation. The long term or-thophofia ratio is 42.3%,and efficiency is 88.5%. The mean of the long-term eye position returned 7.65△±6.76△. The near stereopsis of postoperation improved in most cases (73.1%). Conclusion Surgical treatment helps to improve eye position and stereopsis in intermittent exotropia,but the fallback of eyeposition is still a problem and it is influenced by various factors.关键词
