摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of children ocular trauma,clinical characteristics and protective measures. Methods Analysis of 120 cases of children with ocular trauma in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2014 were given the basic information,the injury factors,the visual acuity before and after treatment and the prognosis of different parts of the eyeball. Results Children ocular trauma patients accounted for 35% of the ocular trauma,male to female ratio is about 2.64:1,age 8 to 14 years of age group most (46.7%),rural children are in the majority (75%),causing injuries by sharp instrument injury most (45%). After treatment,the visual acuity was improved in different degree and the prognosis of the anterior segment was better than that of the posterior segment of the eye. Conclusion Eye injury is a great harm to children,should strengthen the supervision of children,improve the awareness of family members.关键词
