氯沙坦钾联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of losartan potassium combined with ambrette capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis patients. Method 142 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to simple random sampling. Control group patients were treated with ambrette capsule, observation group patients were treated with losartan potassium combined with ambrette capsule. The clinical effect and the changes of the main renal function indexes of the two groups were compared. Result After treatment, 24-hour urinary protein and serum creatinine levels of observation group patients [(0.47±0.41) g, (77.52±10.38) mmol/L] was significantly lower than before treatment [(1.94±0.85) g, (84.02±12.47) mmol/L] (P < 0.05), and 24-hour urinary protein levels of observation group patients were lower than control group [(0.96±0.52) g] (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group (94.37%) was significantly higher than that of control group (77.46%) (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Losartan potassium combined with ambrette capsule has better curative effect for treating chronic glomerulonephritis, and fewer adverse reactions.关键词
