新型眼底术后康复面枕的研发
Research and development of a new type of facial pillow for recovery after ocular fundus surgery

Abstract
Objective:To design one device to help patients recover when they taking the special position after ocular fundus surgery which can alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the success rate of retinal surgery.Methods: The device design followed by most patients after ocular fundus surgery taking face-down position. The bolster of the device consists of the middle of the pillow and the support plate on both sides. The middle pillow plate is fixed, for supporting the face. The both sides of the support plate can be manually under the 90o, used to support the upper limb. Pillow was consistent with human facial features. Smooth air exchange in the eyes, nose and mouth hollow and there is a support surface in the frontal, zygomatic and chin. There is a surface covered with velvet on supporting table pad. The support plate is unfolded when using and is folded down when not using, in order to take up less space. Under the table lifting column for the connecting device can be controlled for the electric to lift table height to accommodate different patients with different postures height requirements. The chassis is “H” type structure composed of stainless steel pipe, simple and secure.Results: The utility model fundus design and the reasonable pillow of use after ocular fundus surgery can make the patient comfort and improve compliance. It is small footprint, light, simple and firm, and mobile and flexible. Conclusion: The pillow of use after ocular fundus surgery was applied in clinical and home, and used for patients during disease convalescence to ask for face-down position. It has practical significance and promotional value.关键词
