超声引导下粗针及细针穿刺活检甲状腺结节术后出血比较
Comparison of postoperative hemorrhage of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy and fine needle aspiration in thyroid nodules

Abstract
Objective:To compare the postoperative hemorrhage of ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy(US-CNB) and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration(US-FNA) in thyroid nodules.Methods: A total of 6265 patients underwent thyroid biopsy in our department from June 2011 to July 2016 were collected and the postoperative hemorrhage was observed. Chi-square test was used to compare the differences between US-CNB and US-FNA group. All the patients with hemorrhage were followed up until the hemorrhage disappeared.Results: Sixty-eight(2.34%) of 2909 cases underwent US-CNB showed postoperative hemorrhage, including 52 cases(1.79%) with little hemorrhage, 14 cases(0.48%) with gentle hemorrhage and 2 cases(0.07%) with severe hemorrhage. Eight-seven cases(2.59%) of 3356 cases underwent US-FBA showed postoperative hemorrhage, including 86 cases(2.56%) with little hemorrhage and 1 case(0.03%) with gentle hemorrhage. There was significant difference between the group of hemorrhage(x2=4.219,x2=15.448;P<0.05).Conclusion: To prevent severe postoperative bleeding of thyroid nodule underwent biopsy, US-FNA was safer.关键词
