稳心颗粒联合阿替洛尔在气滞血瘀型冠心病CTA检查中的应用价值及对心率变异性的影响OACSTPCD
The effect of heart rate variability of Wenxin Granule Combined with atenolol on qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with coronary heart disease and its application value in CTA
目的：探讨稳心颗粒联合阿替洛尔对气滞血瘀型冠心病患者心率变异性的影响，研究联合用药在冠心病螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影(CTA)诊断中的应用价值。方法：选取122例中医辨证分型为气滞血瘀型的老年冠心病患者，采用数表法随机将其分为观察组和对照组，每组61例。观察组采用稳心颗粒联合阿替洛尔治疗；对照组采用以阿替洛尔为核心的常规临床治疗措施；比较两组治疗前后心率变异性各时域指标变化、ST段偏移以及心律失常发生率，探讨CTA对两组冠心病患者的诊断价值。结果：…查看全部>>
