Optimization and Reengineering of Hospital Drug Procurement Process in Chongqing Medicine Exchange Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the process of drug purchasing process and purchasing plan in Chongqing. Methods The effect of Chongqing medicine exchange on the drug purchasing in the hospital was analyzed using the advanced management method of ABC classi-fication,to optimize the formulation of hospital drug purchase plan and to practice its effect. Results Rational use of the Chongqing medicine exchange model reduced the cost of drug procurement;using ABC classification,we found the optimal quantity of drug purchas-ing. Conclusion The ABC classification can improve the rationality of hospital purchasing drugs and the turnover rate of capital.关键词
