用药护理对直肠癌造口患者心理状态的影响分析
Influence Analysis of Medication Nursing on Psychological State of Patients with Rectal Cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of medication nursing on the psychological state of patients with rectal cancer. Methods 86 patients with rectal cancer who underwent abdominal perineal resection for rectal cancer in the hospital from January 2014 to Au-gust 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group was given medication nursing. The complications,psychological status before and after the intervention in the two groups were observed,and the patients' self-nursing ability were compared between the two groups. Results At discharge,the anxiety score in the observation group was (11. 23 ± 4. 25),and the depression score was (14. 24 ± 5. 47),which were significantly lower than(16. 67 ± 5. 18)and(18. 61 ± 2. 24) in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);3 months after discharge,the anxiety score in the observation group was (8. 58 ± 3. 14),and the depression score was (5. 89 ± 1. 17),which were significantly lower than (13. 45 ± 4. 27)and(13. 47 ± 1. 28)in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);at the discharge and 3 months after discharge,the self-nursing ability score,self concept,health knowledge,self-nursing skills,self-responsibility scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications was 9. 30% in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 18. 60% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The whole process of nursing for the rectal cancer patients with stoma can effectively improve the patients' psychological state while improving patient self-nursing ability, and can reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
