麻杏二陈特禀咳颗粒镇咳、抗炎和祛痰作用实验研究
Antitussive,Anti-Inflammatory and Expectorant Pharmacological Effects of Maxing Erchen Tebingke Granules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the antitussive,anti-inflammatory and expectorant pharmacological effects of Maxing Erchen Tebingke Granules. Methods The antitussive,anti-inflammatory and expectorant effects of Maxing Erchen Tebingke Granules were studied by us-ing ammonia-induced cough,xylene-induced mice auricle swelling and tracheal phenol red excretion. Results The antitussive effect was significant,with high dose(40 g∕kg),medium dose(20 g∕kg)and low dose(10 g∕kg)all showing curative effect( P ﹤ 0. 05 or P ﹤ 0. 01),and the efficacy in the high dose group was better than that of the positive medicine;but the anti-inflammatory and ex-pectorant effect only worked in the high dose group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Maxing Erchen Tebingke Granules has obvious antitus-sive effect and also has certain anti-inflammatory and expectorant effect.关键词
