Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram of Prunella Vulgaris Formula Granules. Methods The specific chro-matograms were analyzed by Welch Materials AQ C18 ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) and eluted with gradient acetonitrile and 0. 1% phos-phoric acid at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL∕min, detection wavelength of 280 nm, and sample volume of 10 μL. Results The specific chro-matograms of Prunella Vulgaris Formula Granules were obtained. There were 6 characteristic peaks, and among them were 1 min identi-fied by direct comparison with reference substances. The peak of rosmarinic acid is S peak. Calculate the relative retention time of each characteristic peaks and the S peak; the relative retention time should be 0. 260 ( peak 1 ) , 0. 404 ( peak 2 ) , 0. 540 ( peak 3 ) , 1. 000 ( peak 4 ) , 1. 360 ( peak 5 ) , 1. 836 ( peak 6 ) . Measure these 13 samples and the result was in accord with regulation. Conclusion The HPLC specific chromatograms is proved to be simple, stable and reproducible, and it can provide reference for the identification of Prunella Vulgaris Formula Granules.关键词
