Abstract
Objective To study the compatible stability of ambroxol hydrochloride mixing with the different pH values of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods Ambroxol hydrochloride was mixed with the different pH values of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection and the changes of the mixture in appearance and the insoluble particles were ob-served. Results When ambroxol hydrochloride was mixed with the 0. 9% sodium chloride injection whose pH value was greater than 6. 3, the clarity and the insoluble particles of the mixture changed obviously with the rising of pH value. Conclusion Ambroxol hy-drochloride should be carefully mixed with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection.关键词
