Abstract
Objective To establish the chromatography fingerprint of Compound Buguzhi Tincture with HPLC and to evaluate the quality of Compound Buguzhi Tincture from 10 different batches. Methods AgilentTC-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2% orthophosphoric acid, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL∕min,the column temperature was 35 ℃,the de-tected wavelength was at 254 nm, and injection volume was 10 μL. Results The chromatography fingerprint of Compound Buguzhi Tincture from 10 different batches was established. In the chromatography fingerprint with HPLC of Compound Buguzhi Tincture, 43 common peaks were demarcated and the similarities of Compound Buguzhi Tincture were between 0. 965-0. 999. Psoralen, impera-torin, and tanshinone ⅡA were identified. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and with good reproducibility, and can be used as the evidence for the quality evaluation of Compound Buguzhi Tincture.关键词
