利巴韦林联合复方白玉散治疗婴幼儿疱疹性咽炎临床疗效评价
Clinical Efficacy Observation of Ribavirin Combined with Fufang Baiyu San in Treating Infant Herpes Pharyngitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ribavirin combined with Fufang Baiyu San in the treatment of infant herpes pharyngitis. Methods 110 cases of infant herpes pharyngitis in the hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomized into the observation group( n=56)with treatment of ribavirin combined with Fufang Baiyu San and the control group( n=54)with treatment of ribavirin spray. The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and average cure time in two groups were compared. Results The to-tal effective rate after treatment in the observation group(98. 21%) was higher than the control group(88. 89%) with statistical differ-ence( P ﹤ 0. 05). The symptom disappearance time and average cure time were significantly decreased in the observation group than the control group with statistical difference( P ﹤ 0. 05). The average disappearance time of fever and herpes were obviously reduced in the observation group than the control group with statistical difference( P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion The treatment of ribavirin combined with Fufang Baiyu San can increase the clinical efficacy and shorten the treatment course with better efficacy than the single drug,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
