摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treating angina pectoris after a-cute myocardial infarction. Methods 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group ( 42 cas-es ) and the observation group ( 42 cases ) . The control group was treated with conventional therapy ( antiplatelet drugs, nitrates, etc. ) and trimetazidine;the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine. The clinical efficacy and ECG changes af-ter treatment in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );The ECG data of the observation group ( the number of ischemic attack, the largest decline in the ST segment, ST period of time ) was better than the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine in treating angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction has significant clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical pro-motion.关键词
