摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of 1-deoxynojirimycin in Yanning Syrup by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Kromasil C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% acetic acid solution (55:45). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL∕min. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The fluorescence detector was operated at λEX=254 nm,λEM= 322 nm. Results The content of 1-deoxynojirimycin was well linearly related to its peak area in range of 0. 104-52 μg∕mL ( r=0. 999 9). The RSD of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all less than 2%. The average recovery of the method was 97. 66%,with RSD of 1. 67%( n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and stable,and can be used to control the quality of Yanning Syrup.关键词
