艾滋病合并急性盆腔炎患者临床抗生素治疗与观察
Treatment and observation of clinical antibiotics to patients with AIDS combined with complicating acute pelvic inflammatory disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the relevance of clinical efficacy of HIV combined with infection to patients with AIDS combined with complicating acute pelvic inflammatory disease, to provide the basis for standardizing the treatment of this disease.MethodsPatients with AIDS combined with complicating acute pelvic inflammatory disease cured in our hospital were divided into HIV single infected group(control group) and HIV combined infection group(observation group). Patients in control group were treated with HAART for three months. Patients in observation group were treated with HAART for 3 months, On the basis of 2 weeks of treatment with antibiotics. Symptoms, signs, cervical tube secretions microscopy, CD4+T cell count and changes of HIV virus discretion before and after the treatment were observed. Results Abdominal distension, abdominal tenderness, muscle tension, sexual intercourse pain and other symptoms of the two groups after treatment were disappeared. Abnormal vaginal discharge was disappeared. Tenderness of uterine accessory area, palace neck lift is painful or shake painful sign were disappeared. Tubal wall thickening, lumen effusion, pelvic effusion or fallopian tube ovarian abscess, etc. were disappeared. Vaginal cleanliness was improved significantly. There was statistical significance on CD4+T cell increased count, HIV cut down number and other indicates in the group(P<0.01). There was no statistical significance compared with the control group(P>0.05).ConclusionFor AIDS patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease, merge infection has been ruled out clinically. It can be separately treated with HAART. If there was a combination of other infections, 2 weeks of treatment with antibiotics were needed. It can well relieve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs, to achieve the purpose of efficacy.关键词
