视觉训练对间斜视术后单视恢复的临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of visual training on single visual recovery after strabismus surgery, thus to provide a scientific basis for clinical patients with visual training.Methods70 cases of patients with intermittent external strabismus surgery cured in our hopital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the study objects. All patients were given routine eye exams, strabismus specialist examination, fusion television and stereoscopic measurements. Then they were given outer strabismus surgery.Eye position was reexamined after the surgery. Fusion television and stereoscopic measurements were also examined. DV-100 vision system was used to train 15d after treatment. Fusion television and stereoscopic measurements were examined three months after the fusion. Binocular visual content,changes in distance stereopsis before surgery, after surgery, three months after surgery were compared.The patients were divided into 9-14 years old group and 15-32 years old group according to age. The visual training of different age groups were observed and compared.ResultsAverage value of all patients before surgery, after surgery and postoperative visual integration training of three months was significantly different (P<0.01).There was no significant difference on data before and after surgery (P>0.05)., mean values of visual training 3 months later were significantly better than the fusion before and after surgery (P<0.01). At the same time before and after strabismus surgery, there were no significant difference on average value of the fusion patients betweem 9-14 years old group and 15-32 years old group (P>0.05). Fusion apparent amplitude after three months visual training of 9-14 year old group were significantly greater than that of 15-32 years old group (P<0.05).All the patients after three months after stereopsis recovery was significantly different (P<0.05).Data difference before or after surgery was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The visual training three months ago all surgery patients after surgery and visual training patients stereopsis recovery was significantly better than before and after surgery (P<0.05).ConclusionIntermittent visual training equipment uses visual training, coordination training the patient’s hand, eye and brain. It can effectively promote postoperative binocular vision restored, and the younger patients underwent surgery, the better the recovery of binocular vision. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
