摘要

Abstract

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) under the three-dimensional co culture model to invasion, migration and proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2.Methods Transwell was used to give co culture of HUVEC cells and CNE2 cells.CCK-8 was used to compare the CNE2 cell proliferation.Cell counting method was used to compare the cell migration ability.Matrigel method was used to compare the invasive ability. ResultsUnder the co culture condition of CNE2 and HUVEC,the migration ability of co culture group was significantly higher than that of non co culture group(P<0.01).The invasive ability of the co culture group was significantly higher than that in the non co culture group(P<0.01).In the proliferation experiment,On the third day,fourth day and fifth day,the cell proliferation rate was significantly higher than that of non co culture co culture group(P<0.05).ConclusionUnder three dimensional co culture conditions,HUVEC can promote the invasion,migration and proliferation of CNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
