Abstract
Objective To analysis of outpatient prescription of oral antihypertensive drugs in use for clinical, to effectively reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease mortality and disability rate, to provide the reference for patients with high blood pressure medication safer and more effective, economical and reasonable. Methods 19 284 hypertensive patients cured in outpatients of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were statistical, and the combined use of antihypertensive drugs and related information for a variety of prescriptions statistical were analyzed and researched.Results Calcium channel blocking drugs is the highest frequency of anti-hypertensive drugs. The highest frequency of single variety was Levamlodipine besylate. Single varieties of frequency of use of the top five were Levamlodipine besylate, losartan, nifedipine sustained-release tablets, metoprolol succinate and benazepril. And its respective Dui were less than 1.ConclusionDDDs sort reflects the trend of drug use in the treatment of hypertension in our hospital. The application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically rational.关键词
