Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of low-dose aspirin for the prevention of pregnancy induced hypertension, to provide an effective way for the clinical treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods 180 cases of pregnancy pregnant women with high risk factors which cured in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 cases in each. Patients in observation group were given small dose aspirin treatment, and patients in control group were given placebo treatment. Gestational hypertension incidence, postpartum hemorrhage volume, low birth weight occurs and neonatal asphyxia rate and other factors of the two groups were compared.Results Pregnancy hypertension incidence rate of control group was 41.1%, which was significantly higher than that in the observation group with 13.3%. The omcodemce rate in observation group of moderate to severe, moderate and mild pregnancy induced hypertension pregnant women was significantly lower than that in control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups on pregnant women's postpartum hemorrhage volume and bleeding rate (P>0.05). Low birth weight incidence rate and the asphyxia rates of observation group and the control group were 3.3%, 1.1% and 8.9%, 6.7% respectively. In the observation group, the incidence of low birth weight and asphyxia was significantly lower, and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionLow dose aspirin is a good treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension. It can reduce the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension. And it has no harm to the newborn. So it is worth promoting in clinical.关键词
