Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Pill and aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipid.Methods 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease from March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital were researched. Control group was treated with aspirin,The observation group was treated with Compound Danshen dripping pill combined with aspirin,Observe the two groups of patients after the treatment of blood lipid cholesterol and glycerin three lipid level, after the treatment of high, low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, blood rheology of the indicators, the treatment efficacy.ResultsObservation group of patients with TC, TG (7.56±1.23)、(3.02±1.01)mmol/L Are less than the control group(8.97±2.13)、(5.97±1.28) mmol/L,Observation group LDL-C (1.80±0.57) g/L less than the control group (2.15±0.46)g/L,HDL-C(2.37±0.52)g/L Greater than the group(2.06±0.51)g/L (P<0.05); Total effective rate of observation group97.50%(39/40)Better than the control group80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pill combined with aspirin in the treatment of coronary heart disease is effective, and can effectively regulate the level of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
