摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of statins-drugs combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods84 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected from July 2014 to January 2016. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with enteric Aspirin Tablets, and the observation group was treated with Aspirin combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets. NIHSS score, Barthel index and blood lipid level were observed in the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were better than that before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The blood lipid levels of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment (P<0.05), but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction during the treatment in the two groups. In the observation group, there were 2 patients with gastrointestinal reactions. In the control group, there were 1 patient with gastrointestinal reaction and 2 patients with gingival bleeding. All recovered after withdrawal. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Statins combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has good clinical effect, can effectively improve the brain function of patients, reduce the incidence of blood lipid levels of patients and adverse reactions. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.关键词
