Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the results of microbiological examination in different clinical samples, especially in the comparison of positive rate, and to research and analyze the results. Methods The clinical specimens from 2014 to 2015 were given microbiological tests. The microbiological examination of clinical specimens for the whole year of 2014 was taken as group A. The microbiological examination of the clinical specimen of the year 2015 was taken as group B. The clinical specimens of group A and group B can be divided as respiratory specimens, blood culture specimens, wound secretions specimens and sputum specimens, stool specimens, urine specimens. The positive rate of the two groups were compared, the results and the factors affecting the results were concluded. ResultsThe results of microbiological test in group A were respiratory specimens with 41.69%, blood culture specimens with 17.60%, wound secretions specimens with 22.49%, sputum specimens with 17.83%, stool specimens with 21.6% and urine specimens with 35.75% respectively. The results of group B were 32.22%, 12.48%, 18.00%, 12.27%, 19.93%, 31.22%. The positive rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological testing can provide an important reference for clinical diagnosis, and reflect the current epidemic situation. In order to explore the problems of microbial detection, the experiment finds that the positive rate of different clinical samples was significantly different in two years. Finding the reason and formulating relevant measures are important to provide accurate reference value for clinical diagnosis of disease.关键词
