Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe the effect and value of different blood test in the detection of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 60 cases of patients with coronary heart disease cured in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into observation group. 60 cases of healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as control group. Fasting venous blood was taken in the morning after admission, and the red blood cell distribution width, cardiac troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme were measured. The test values of different blood test indexes in patients with coronary heart disease were analyzed. ResultsThe levels of PLT, PCT, MPV and RDW in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of CK-MB,cTnI,cTnT and hs-cTnT in the observation group were significantly higher those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe blood test results of patients with coronary heart disease can be improved by using different blood test indexes, and it can improve the diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease, understand the changes of patients’ condition and improve the treatment prognosis.关键词
