摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the bacterial distribution in peritoneal abscess and the effect of treatment with antibiotics. Methods Gus culture and drug sensitivity test were carried out on 136 cases with patients with peritoneal abscess in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2016. Results There were 97 cases of Escherichia coli in, accounting for 69.29% of the total culture(97/140), 43 cases of other bacteria(Klebsiella 15, Golden staphylococcus 9, Micrococcus luteus 3, staphylococcus epidermidis 6 , Enterobacter cloacae 4, Proteus mirabilis 5, tubercle bacillus 1). There were two strains in 12 cases, and no bacterial growth in 8 cases. Escherichia coli was the most sensitive to the drug sensitivity of the drug. Klebsiella was the most sensitive to amine of thienamycin ceftazidime, cefepime, sub ceftriaxone, ceftazidime and other drugs. Staphylococcus aureus was the most sensitive to vancomycin, oxacillin and cefoxitin and other drugs. They had high resistance rate to ampicillin, penicillin G and eotrimoxazole resistant, but low sensitivity. Conclusion The anus week abscess is mostly mixed infections, and it has resistance to antibiotic. So doctors should strictly control medication and surgical drainage time.关键词
