摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods 65 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease cured in our hospital were selected as research group,at the same time,65 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group.They were treated with color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram examination respectively.The test results were compared.Results Diagnosis rate of research group after cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination was 95.38%.Diagnosis rate of research group after electrocardiogram examination was 72.31%.There was significant difference between the two methods(P<0.05).Heart left atrial diameter and aortic root diameter ratio of research group were significantly more than that of physical examination (P<0.05).Two sets of inspection diagnosis ejection fraction and E/A value were relative equilibrium (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with high blood pressure,heart disease heart color Doppler ultrasound and electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis can produce significant effect,and the cardiac color Doppler ultrasound examination results have guidance value more.关键词
