Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of cardiovascular emergency in treatment of slow arrhythmia. Methods86 cases of patients with slow arrhythmia cured with cardiovascular emergencies from March 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each.24h ECG (Holter) and ECG diagnostic methods were respectively used for a period of one month of treatment in the two groups.Xinmaitong Capsule was used in treatment group,and conventional therapy was used in control group.The changes before and after the treatment were observed.Results Slow arrhythmias and other ECG and Holter ECG monitoring were obviously abnormal.After the clinical treatment for a month,patients’ heart palpitations,chest tightness,pale,dizziness,ringing in the ears,shortness of breath,lips cyanosis and other symptoms were all improved in the two groups.In addition to shortness of breath,all the indexes of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group.The results of the two groups had obvious statistical difference (P<0.05).Total heart rate, average heart rate,the fastest heart rate and the slowest rate of the two groups were all significantly improved.Clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group. The results of the two groups had obvious statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionECG and 24h ECG are good way to diagnose slow arrhythmias, but ECG is better than the 24h electrocardiogram as a slow arrhythmias diagnostic criteria.XMT has significant effect in improving patients who have bradycardia various clinical symptoms.It can improve the patient's heart rate standard.It can reduce serum lipids and having a significant clinical effect to improve the bradycardia.关键词
