降钙素原在儿童下呼吸道感染治疗中的应用研究OA
Application research of procalcitonin in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection in children
目的：分析及探索血清降钙素原在下呼吸道感染患儿治疗中的临床应用价值。方法收集本科室2013年10月~2015年10月间接收的患下呼吸道感染的100例患儿，将患儿随机分成两组。参照组共有50例患儿，给予常规抗生素治疗方案进行治疗；观察组共有50例患儿，先对患儿进行血清降钙素原检查，再根据检查结果采用抗生素进行治疗。治疗完毕后对两组患儿的临床疗效进行评估比较分析，详细记录两组患儿用药后的症状及体征消失时间，抗生素用药时间、抗生素花费及住院天数。结果与…查看全部>>
