Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of arthroscopy in treatment of injury of anterior horn of lateral meniscus combined with posterior horn of medial meniscus.MethodsData of 71 cases of patients with anterior horn of lateral meniscus combined with posterior horn of medial meniscus injury cured in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups.33 cases were divided into control group and treated with conservative treatment,and 38 cases were divided into treatment group and treated with meniscus suture repair or arthroscopic partial resection of the meniscus under arthroscopy by combining with MRI and arthroscopy to determine the location and type of injury.All patients were treated for 24 months,and the Lysholm scores were compared before and after treatment to determine the efficacy.Results(1)After treatment,the Lysholm score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance. (2) According to the Molster classification method, the excellent rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The effect of arthroscopy in treatment of injury of anterior horn of lateral meniscus combined with posterior horn of medial meniscus is good.It has advantages to improve knee joint function.关键词
