Abstract
Objective To observe the effect on the quality of life and recurrence rate of early rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods A total of 120 cases of old people afflicted by cardiovascular disease were selected as the observation object.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different rehabilitation exercise.The control group was given hospital routine rehabilitation exercise,while the observation group was given early rehabilitation exercise.Quality of life and disease recurrent rate were studied after the implementation of rehabilitation exercise between two groups.Results In the observation group,the quality of life including effective indicators index,health index and life satisfaction score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference were significant (t=14.63,12.28,17.44,P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate in observation group was 16.67%,it was significantly lower than 35.00% in the control group,the difference had statistical significance (χ2=12.023,P<0.05).ConclusionFor the patients with cardiovascular disease in the elderly,the early rehabilitation exercise model intervention can improve the quality of life of elderly patients in a certain extent,provide disease recurrence of early prevention,and reduce the number of hospitalization of elderly patients.Therefore,it is worth of further application in clinic.关键词
