美多巴单用及联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病的疗效和安全性比较OA
Comparison of clinical effect and safety of madopar alone and combined with pramipexole in treatment of Parkinson's disease
目的：对比美多巴单用及联合普拉克索治疗帕金森病的疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2014年3月～2015年9月收治的76例帕金森病患者，采用奇偶分组法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者单用美多巴治疗，观察组患者采用美多巴联合普拉克索治疗。对比两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、4、8周的汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分与治疗前后的Hoehn-Yahr分级，并将治疗过程中两组患者的不良反应进行比较；治疗后对所有患者进行3～6个月的随访，对比治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者的…查看全部>>
