半夏泻心汤加减治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified banxia Xiexin decoction in treatment of mixed coldness and heat type functional dyspepsia.Methods 77 cases of patients cured in Spleen and Stomach Department of Suzhou Hospital of TCM from October 2010 to June 2016 were selected,and then they were divided into control group (38 cases) and treatment group (39 cases) based on the curative methods.Patients in control group were treated with mosapride,and patients in treatment group were treated with modified banxia xiexin decoction for 4 weeks respectively (±2 days).The integral change of the functional dyspepsia symptoms and the respective comprehensive effect of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed and compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the total integral of the symptom before treatment.However,the total integral of the symptom of the control group and treatment group were (6.63±2.94) and (4.67±2.66) respectively after the treatment,showing statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group (92.31%) was higher than that of the control group (73.68%) (χ2=4.757,P<0.05).ConclusionModified banxia xiexin decoction has relatively satisfactory clinical curative effect in treatment of mixed coldness and heat type functional dyspepsia.关键词
