目的：探讨小儿非感染性腹泻进行双歧杆菌四联活菌片疗法的临床效果及对血清IL-6、IL-17表达的影响研究。方法选择2015年8月～2016年4月本院收治的小儿非感染性腹泻患者100例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组（常规药物治疗，n=50）和观察组（双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药，n=50），两组均治疗7d，比较两组治疗后的临床效果；比较两组治疗前后的血清IL-6、IL-17含量指标情况；比较两组的总住院时间、体温恢复正常时间、停止腹泻时间。结果观察组的…查看全部>>
