Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the infantile non-infectious diarrhea and its impact in the expression of serum IL-6 and IL-17.Methods 100 infants with non-infectious diarrhea treated in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases each. Patients in observation group were treated with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets, and patients in control group were treated with conventional drugs. After 7d of treatment, the clinical effect, the expression of IL-6 and IL-17 as well as the overall hospitalization time, recovery time of normal body temperature and time of stopping diarrhea were observed.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group (94.0%) was higher than that of control group (74.0%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the content of IL-6 and IL-17 in observation group was even lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The overall hospitalization time, recovery time of normal body temperature and time of stopping diarrhea of observation group was better than those of control group (P<0.05). ConclusionFor infants with non-infectious diarrhea, the bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets can greatly reduce the content of IL-6 and IL-17, and promote the patient’s fast recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
