妊娠期女性甲状腺功能减退对母婴结局的作用分析

Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the correlation between maternal hypothyroidism and the outcome of maternal and infant pregnancy. Methods 789 cases of pregnant women taking pregnancy test in our hospital and with complete follow-up data were selected as the study objects. Thyroid functions were detected in all 12-38 weeks of pregnant women.The pregnant women with normal thyroid index were divided into normal thyroid group, and pregnant women with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism were divided into abnormal thyroid group. And the final maternal pregnancy outcome was finally investigated. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the values of TSH,FT3 and FT4 between the second trimester and the third trimester of pregnancy in the same group(P>0.05).By observing the relationship between the different periods of pregnancy urinary iodine and thyroid function grading, the result showed that Proportion of patients with Urinary iodine<150μg/L of normal thyroid group was significantly higher than abnormal thyroid group, and the difference had statistical significace(P<0.05).Different levels of neonatal thyroid hormone iodine rating had significant difference in normal thyroid group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of neonatal thyroid hormone level<150μg/L corresponding to Iodine rating<150μg/L was significantly higher than that of neonatal thyroid hormone level between 150-300μg/L or>300μg/L,and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Hypothyroidism during pregnancy may has possible negative effects on pregnancy outcome and neonatal thyroid function.So it is nessesary to strengthen the urinary iodine examination in early pregnancy test in obstetrics and Gynecology doctor to prevent adverse pregnancy outcome.关键词
