Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect oflaparoscopic joint program in treatment of patients with uterine horn pregnancy.Methods 80 cases of patients with pregnancyunderwent open surgery and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including 40 cases of laparoscopy combined regimen uterine horn Pregnancy excision and40 cases of abdominal uterine horn pregnancy excision.The intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared. (1)Operative time, blood loss, the average length of hospital stay, length of incision, pain time, and other indicators of the two groups were compared and observed. (2)Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) to return to normal time required(reviewed once a week), the time required for the normal menstrual complex wave, review B myometrium echo is uniform and the presence of complications after operation were compared. (3)Self-satisfactionsof the two groups were compared. Results The operation time had no significant difference(P>0.05). The blood loss, the average length of hospital stay, length of incision, pain and other conditions of time of observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significance on complication rate(P>0.05). The review B myometrium echo the normal rate, HCG returned to normal, menstrual recovery time, and other indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05). Overall satisfaction rate observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of control group with 77.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgery uterine horn pregnancy,the combination of laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery for uterine horn pregnancy is safer, and effectiver. It can reduce the extent of the patient's pain, and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
