Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis.Methods 56 cases of endometriosis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group with 28 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with open surgery, and patients in research group were treated with laparoscopic surgery. SF-36 quality of life scale was uesd. The operation indicators, flatus time, hospital stay, quality of life scores, pregnancy and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in operation time between two groups (P>0.05). The intraoperative blood loss, flatus time and hospital stay of research group were respectively (42.67±14.89)mL, (22.74±0.48)h, (4.20±0.47)d, which were better than those of control group (P<0.05). The SF-36 scale indicators score of research group were better than that of control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative pregnancy rate and recurrence rate between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has exact effect for endometriosis. It can reduce the surgical trauma, promote the recovery, and improve life quality. It’s worthy of clinical widely used.关键词
