视可尼喉镜在困难气道中应用的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of McCoy laryngoscope in the difficult airway patients with tracheal intubation. Methods 106 cases of difficult airway patients were selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group (53 cases) was treated with auxiliary endotracheal intubation of McCoy laryngoscope, and the control group (53 cases) was treated with that of ordinary laryngoscope. Using effects of two kinds of laryngoscopes were compared.ResultsIn observation group, endotracheal intubation success rate was 98.1%, endotracheal intubation time was (34.2±9.2) s. In the control group, tracheal intubation success rate was 81.1%, endotracheal intubation time was (46.8±11.6) s. There was statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The complication rate of observation group was 1.9%, and the control group was 13.2%. Differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion McCoy laryngoscope can shorten tracheal intubation timeindifficult airway patients, improve one-time success rate, and reduce the complications. It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
