Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate clinical value of collaborative family nursing management model on self-efficacy and life quality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods156 patients with rheumatoid arthritis cured in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.78 patients received routine nursing management model were selected as control group. 78 patients received collaborative family nursing management model were selected as observation group. Arthritis self-efficacy scale, arthritis impact index scale, life quality scale, and health promotion lifestyle scale were evaluated before and after nursing. Treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results After nursing, arthritis self-efficacy scale, life quality scale (psychological factors, physiological factors, social relations, environmental impact), health promotion lifestyle scale (health responsibility, nutrition, stress management, exercise, interpersonal support, self-fulfillment) were increased in two groups (P<0.05). Arthritis impact index scales were decreased in two groups (P<0.05). Arthritis self-efficacy scale, life quality scale (psychological factors, physiological factors, social relations, environmental impact), health promotion lifestyle scale (health responsibility, nutrition, stress management, exercise, interpersonal support, self-fulfillment) in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Arthritis impact index scale in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in observation group were better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Collaborative family nursing management model can improve self-efficacy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It can also improve life quality.关键词
