Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of selective psychological intervention nursing mode to immunologic function and anxiety and depression bad mood score of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods90 cases of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy in our hospital from Feburary 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the study objects. 45 cases cured from February 2014 to October 2014 were divided into control group, and 45 cases cured from November 2014 to June 2015 were divided into observation group. Patiens in control group were treated with routine chemotherapy and health education nursing model, and patients in observation group were treated with selective psychological intervention nursing mode on the basis of control group. Self-ratingdepression scale (SDS),Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and SCL- 90 were used to evaluate the psychological behavior of the two groups. The bad mood was analyzed. The radioimmunoassay was used to analyze the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleuk-4 (IL- 4), and tumor necrosis factor-γ (TNF-γ) in peripheral serum.Results After the corresponding nursing,anxiety, depression and other adverse emotional scores of the two grous were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in peripheral serum of observation group were significantly increased (P<0.05). TNF-γ was slightly increased, but did not have significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion The selective psychological intervention nursing mode can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy and other adverse emotional. And it can increase the cytokines levels in peripheral blood, and enhance its immune function. It has good application effects.关键词
