Abstract
ObjectiveTo study and discuss the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of electronic painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods 100 cases of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy electronic patients in the outpatient gastroscope room from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by computer random sequence method,with 50 cases each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given quality nursing intervention.The anxiety score before examination,check time,recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups,and the vital signs before examination and in examination were compared between two groups.ResultsThe anxiety score before examination in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The check time and recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4%,compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In examination,the fluctuation range of the vital signs in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of electronic painless gastrointestinal endoscopy,high quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of patients before the examination,reduce the life signs of patients in the examination of fluctuations to make the patients successfully complete the examination,and reduce the adverse reaction.关键词
