Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of continuous nursing care to disease knowledge control effect of diabetes patients.Methods60 patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus cured in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Patients in observation group were treated with continuous nursing care, and patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care. Results The fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of two group had no obvious difference at the time of hospitalization (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of observation group were significantly lower after 3 months, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the knowledge about diabetes mellitus in observation group was significantly better. Discharged from hospital after 3 months, the disease control situation of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing care can improve the knowledge of patients with diabetes and formation of healthy behavior. And it can effectively reduce the blood sugar, the value of further research.关键词
