Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of maintenance controlled nursing to dialysis effect and living quality of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients with hemodialysis (HD).Methods70 cases of ESRD patients cured into our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in observation group were treated with maintenance controlled nursing.The dialysis effects and living quality of two groups were compared.Results The mean hematocrit of control group was significantly lower than that of observation group,and the mean urea clearance index and reduction rate of urea in control group were significantly higher than those in observation group (P<0.05). The scores of QLQ-C30P in control group were significantly lower than those in observation group (P<0.05). ConclusionMaintenance controlled nursing for ESRD patients with HD can effectively relieve negative emotions, improve dialysis effects and living quality.It has higher value of clinical application.关键词
