Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the drug attrition status in the outpatient Western medicine pharmacy of a hospital, so as to further improve drug management and reduce drug attrition rate in the hospital. MethodsThrough the improvement of drug reporting system and the implementation of a series of management measures, the reported loss rate of drugs before and after the intervention in a hospital outpatient pharmacy was compared.Results Through scientific and rational management of drugs, the drug attrition rate dropped from 0.053% to 0.018% in intervention. Which expired drugs, damaged drug reported loss rate decreased significantly, the loss rate of the first aid medicine reported a downward trend, but it was difficult.ConclusionMarked effects were achieved with the measures taken by the pharmacy department for rational management of drug attrition.关键词
