持续腰大池引流治疗神经外科疾病的效果观察

摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo observe continuous lumbar drainage of large pool in treatment of neurosurgical disease, to make a specific research and analysis, and to explore its clinical value.Methods A total of 80 patients with continuous lumbar drainage of large pool cured in neurosurgery of our hospital from August 2010 to August 2014 were selected as the observation group, and the same number of patients without continuous lumbar cistern drainage were selected as control group. The clinical data of all the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results This trial total effective rate of observation group was 92.5% (74/80), the control group was 86.25%(69/80),there were significant differences between the two groups, with statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of neurosurgical disease, big pool using continuous lumbar drainage can obtain good application effect. It has certain clinical value. It is worth promoting and application.关键词
