Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of large dose of gamma globulin in treatment of moderate and severe viral myocarditis. Methods60 cases of patients with moderate and severe viral myocarditis were selected and randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy, and patients in observation group were treated with large dose of gamma globulin on the basis of control group group. Muscle enzyme levels, iincluding CK (creatine kinase), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), CK-MB (creatine kinase isoenzyme) levels of the two groups before and after the therapy were compared. ECG improvement, adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after the therapy were observed and compared.Results Compared with control group, various indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum after treatment of observation group were significantly improved (P<0.05). ECG improvement rate after the therapy of observation group was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of control group with 70% (P<0.05).There were two cases appearing adverse reactions in observation group (6.7%), and there were five cases in control group (16.7%). The difference was significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in control group with 73.3% (P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of large dose of gamma globulin in treatment of moderate and severe viral myocarditis is good. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has high using security. So it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
