甲状腺结节与糖尿病的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between TN and DM.Methods2702 cases of TN patients and 977 cases of DM patients cured in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2016 were computed correlation between TN and DM byχ2 Test with SPSS,and they were analyzed hazards of thyroid nodules by Logistic regression with SPSS. Results The Correlation between TN and DM was positive,χ2=187.948,R=0.126,P<0.05.Logistic analysis showed that the occurrence of TN independently correlated with age,sex,BMI,HbA1C,FPG and OGTT(2hPG).The regression equation was Logistic(TN)=-18.502-0.039 age+1.399 sex+0.608 HbA1C+0.436 FPG+0.516 OGTT(2hPG)+0.221 BMI.ConclusionFor the treatment of old women of DM patients with high BMI,we should particularly pay attention to the thyroid function and structure,and take the necessary to check the thyroid function and structure for the early prevention and preparation.关键词
