Abstract
Objective To study the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of upper ureteral calculi in effect and safety.MethodsChoose 76 cases of ureteral calculi in our hospital from September 2013 to June 2016 whom were treated.The clinical data were collected prospectively and randomly divided into two groups,and with 46 cases treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients as the observation group,and treated by transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy in 30 cases as the control group.Results After 3 days,the clearance rate of the observation group (45/46),calculus was 97.83% higher than the control group 76.67%(23/30) (P<0.05);observation group complication rate was 26.09(12/46),the control group was 70%(21/30),the two groups were compared.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMinimally invasive percutaneous renal mirror was used in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi,which has the characteristics of higher clearance rate,safety and reliability,and can reduce the economic burden of the patients,and it is suitable for clinical application and promotion.关键词
