手术与非手术治疗跟骨骨折的疗效比较

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of surgical treatment and non operative treatment for calcaneal fracture. Methods40 cases of calcaneal fracture patients cured in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and selected as experimental group.In the same time period,30 cases of non surgical treatment of patients were selected as control group.Fracture recovery condition of fracture healing time,Bohler angle and Gissan angle of the recovery),complications,and Maryland score of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results Fracture recovery time of patients in experimental group was (189.3±81.5)days,Bohler angle and angle Gissan recovery of experimental group were (40.2±4.02) ° and (122.6±8.91)°,and the results of control group were (165.4±66.2)days,(28.4±5.21)°,(149.4±8.48)°,and the differences were significant,(P<0.05).There were 2 cases 2 cases of infection in experimental group during the treatment period The experimental group during treatment.There were 10 cases of patients with varying degrees of complications in control group.Maryland score in the experimental group was higher than the control group,the total excellent rate of 22.5 percentage points.ConclusionFor patients with calcaneal fractures,on the point of selecting the best treatment,it is important to be based on the specific circumstances of the patient,the degree of fracture,type and so on.Surgical treatment and non surgical treatment have a certain uniqueness.After the patient is healed,it also has a significant difference.关键词
