摘要

Abstract

Through analyzing the frequency spectrum characteristics and vibration performance of an auxiliary circulating pump, its vibration and noise sources are found. The corresponding vibration and noise reduction measures are put forward. Synthesizing the advantages of speed coefficient design and similarity theory design, the low noise optimal design of the impeller is fulfilled. Two impellers with different numbers of blades are designed. Three dimensional models for the impellers are established and the internal flow fields are simulated. According to the results of simulation, the design of the impellers is modified. Finally, the design is proved by experimental verification.
