Abstract
After analyzing the cutting quality, efficiency and safety problems on traditional round billet disc sawing machines caused by the clamping devices, the new-type round billet combined clamping device was developed based on the structure of traditional clamping devices.Locking the fixed and floated clamping devices together to form a whole by cutter-relieving mechanism, the clamping device solved the centerline deviation problem between billet and saw blade.Sections at both sides are detached from saw blades after sawing, thus will not be scratched.The device has been successfully applied to multiple large domestic tube/bar producers with a good effect.关键词
